IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING REGISTRANT ELIGIBILITY:
NOTE: If you were a member/player with PWSA in 2025, you MUST possess a hard copy of your "Permission to tryout form" from your former club and show it when you attend tryouts.

Association Rep fees include the following:
1. Administration fee's:
~ diamond usage - two nights per week
~ umpire fees
~ team insurance
~ association admin cost

** Individual team budgets will be built for each team to allocate funds that are needed to run that team. (budgets will be reviewed by the MLJ board appointed director). **
The Rep fees above do not include the following:
1. Cost of tournaments.
2. Additional training cost (gyms or indoor training facility). or training equipment (hitting nets etc.)
3. Pitcher, catcher or hitting instruction.
4. Uniform Team Packages: (Must be approved by Director of Rep (Dave Clark)
~ 2 - 3 uniforms (Pants, Shirts, Hats, Belts & Socks)
~ Helmets, Hoodies
6. PWSA and Peel Halton affiliation cost. (Umpire cost for exhibition games)
7. Training equipment (nets, tees, bases, mats etc.)
